When we offer our customers the realisation of a dream, we cannot afford for it to be almost right. Everything must be perfectly thought out. The design, choice of materials, and equipment, construction, each step must meet our strict quality requirement.
Quality at every level
Staff, materials and equipment, quality control
Our customers want to go from the equator to the poles, on all the oceans of the world, and for that they must be able to trust the boat which will accompany them. That’s why we are uncompromising about the production quality of our boats. Know-how and a quest for excellence are part of a perfect result and a flawless finish.
For 45 years, Garcia Yachts has been known for the exceptional skills of its metalworkers, who build strong and gracefully shaped hulls. This know-how is transmitted in a traditional way with a system of apprenticeship and mentoring, valuing the trade and ensuring fair, precise and verified actions.
Garcia Yachts integrates all the trades, from the sheet metalwork right through to the handover. Expert teams who are passionate about a profession they practice from the heart.
Materials and equipment
The equipment is chosen with great care, tested and approved by experience, and is ideally suited for exploration. As for materials, they are selected for their resistance to extreme conditions and intensive use. Because we are as demanding as our sailors.
Our production is driven by an extremely powerful management software package that tracks all the manufacturing steps.
This allows us to control the schedules and offer our customers complete traceability on the operations carried out and the equipment fitted on their boat. 10 years later, it will still be possible to indicate to the owner the model of the bilge pump installed should they wish to change it.
In addition, we have organised control processes at every stage of manufacturing, from the cutting of the first aluminium sheet to the final tests at sea, thus ensuring the high level of performance and reliability of our boats.
