The Exploration 45 is the flagship of Garcia's Exploration range. The concept was to build a centerboarder with an aluminium hull dedicated to blue water cruising. The Garcia 45 is the result of Jimmy Cornell's sailing experience in partnership with Berret-Racoupeau. After accumulating hundreds of thousands of nautical miles, Jimmy Cornell wanted to create the perfect boat, capable of taking his crew to the ends of the earth in both ice and tropical programs. The result was a unique sailboat, the Exploration 45. 

Equipped with two rudders, it behaves very well at sea and is easy to handle in all conditions. It will enable you to sail all the seas of the globe. Maneuvers are grouped together in the cockpit under the dog house, to make trimming and sail changes safer and easier. The deck is easy to move around on, thanks to the numerous handrails within easy reach and the mast foot balconies. The sail locker, separated by a watertight bulkhead at the bow, is ideal for storing a full range of sails. The saloon boasts a warm, bright interior.

The panoramic view is incredible, and you can enjoy the comfort of the saloon while controlling the boat from the Interior watch station. 

Brazuca is the 51st Exploration 45 built at Garcia YachtsIt was launched for trials in August 2025. She is now for sale, as the lucky owners have ordered an Exploration 52 for delivery in two years' time.

This is a COMFORT two-cabin version with a bathroom equipped with its Separate shower compartment and a toilet. The Forward cabin owner has the original bathroom with a second electric toilet for even greater comfort and privacy.

As for the sails, this is a performance rig pack with a fully battened mainsail and an Incidence solent. A Parasailor completes the wardrobe.

These include: furling staysail, fittings for downwind sails + Lazy-Bag and Lazy Jack.

For maneuvering, 1 ST 45 Electric winch to replace one of the manual winches will make life easier at sea.

For optimum autonomy, a complete 24V system and a set of 9kw Lithium batteries are included .

For worry-free navigation, this boat is equipped with a B&G 2-screen 12' electronics package with AIS transponder and a B&G HALO 24 radar.
